Biography

I’m Camille Caruso, a French-Italian chef who has called Perth home for over a decade. My culinary journey has taken me through prestigious kitchens and led me to the role of head chef at a cherished local café—experiences that have deeply influenced my love for creating memorable food.
From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the art of cooking, seeing it as a way to bring people together, share love, and create lasting moments around the table. My travels across the world have enriched my culinary vision, blending the rich traditions of Italy and France with the vibrant flavours of Australia.
